Help extremely driven women regain clarity, confidence, and direction.
They’re accustomed to making decisions, meeting responsibilities, and figuring things out.
Then life changes.
A career shift, retirement, relocation, divorce, or caregiving responsibility can leave even extremely driven women feeling uncertain about who they are and what comes next.
Mindy Geary offers thoughtful, engaging presentations that help women understand why change can throw them off balance—and how to begin moving forward.
A major career or life change shouldn’t cost you your sense of direction or who you are.
The change itself may be easy to describe. The personal transition can be harder to explain.
Familiar routines disappear. Priorities shift. What once felt clear may suddenly feel uncertain.
Through relatable stories, guided reflection, and practical teaching, Mindy gives women language for what they’re experiencing and a place to begin.
